As a business consultant for Aceda, Leslie brings over 14 years of broad experience in strategic marketing, marketing management, event management, public relations, and sales. Leslie has been responsible for building brand awareness, and conceptualizing and executing lead-generating marketing programs for several Aceda clients including businesses in manufacturing and services.

Some of her key accomplishments include:

  • Managed marketing services budget of $3.5 million for ServiceWare (www.serviceware.com), a knowledge management company selling software to Fortune 1000 companies. She grew brand awareness and lead generation in both vertical and horizontal markets with the following programs: trade shows, corporate events, seminars, product campaigns and advertising. Leslie received a company award for aiding in the development of brand strategy and promotion of annual user group conference.
     
  • At ServiceWare, she established and facilitated a customer advisory counsel, a group of key customers to provide product direction and feedback. Achieved attendee growth of over 200% for annual user group event each year for three consecutive years.
     
  • Manager of Marketing Operations for RedSiren (www.redsiren.com) where she directed a marketing communications team that markets cyber security. Leslie built brand awareness and conceptualizing and executing lead-generating marketing programs in both vertical and horizontal markets including financial services, healthcare and government sectors. In addition, she managed a design and copywriting team and work with external agency resources to convey RedSiren’s value proposition across various mediums including public relations, advertising, direct mail, e-mail campaigns, seminars and events, Web sites, banner-ads, collateral, presentations, multi-media presentations/demonstrations and sales tools.
     
  • As an Account Executive, she analyzed potential target markets and developed business plans for new business development for Chicago-based exhibit design and construction firm Giltspur (www.e-giltspur.com). In this role, she managed and expanded a company prospect database and generated leads through aggressive phone prospecting, direct mail and trade show attendance.

Leslie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
